1. Change Hot Melt- some products simply machine better

2. Adjust Temperatures- slightly higher temperatures at the
gun, hose and head.

3. Nozzle Changes- smaller nozzles create more adhesive
velocity from nozzles

4. Higher Pressures- high pump pressures create more adhesive
velocity from nozzles

5. New Solenoids for Guns- solenoids insure fast movement of
the needle valves in the guns

6. Higher Pressure to Solenoids – 80 psi or greater is required to
cycle guns properly

7. Clean Glue- Do not stack hot melt beside machinery

8. Clean All System Filters- improves flow and removes debris

9. Replace old hot melt hoses- this is a major source for debris
in the system
